Practice Alert: USCIS Transfers Pending EB-5 I-485 Cases to TSC and Issues Medical RFEs
AILA’s EB-5 Committee is noticing a trend of USCIS transferring pending EB-5-based Form I-485 cases from the California Service Center to the Texas Service Center, followed by RFEs for medical examinations, including cases where valid Forms I-693 were submitted. These RFEs may have shortened response deadlines.
