ICYMI: DOS Announces Expanded Online Presence Review for I, TN, and TD Applicants
In case you missed it, effective October 1, 2026, DOS will expand its online presence review to include I, TN, and TD visa applicants. Applicants subject to the expanded vetting will be instructed to set their social media profiles to “public” or “open” to facilitate the review.
