ATTORNEYS
Clark T. Trainor, Esq.
The American Immigration Law Center was created by Clark T.
Trainor, Esq. Mr. Trainor, a native of Florida, is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern
Law School. He worked for two years for the United States Department of Homeland
Security as an advising attorney to the Immigration Judges at the United States
Immigration Court in Miami before serving as an Assistant District Counsel
to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (then-INS) in
the Miami District.
Mr. Trainor has received commendations from both
Janet Reno, the United States Attorney General, and Michael J. Creppy, the
Chief Immigration Judge for the United States Immigration Court, for his work
while with the Department of Justice. Mr. Trainor was the producer and host
of The American Immigration Forum, a South Florida radio program discussing
immigration issues, every Thursday from 7:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on WSRF 1580
AM.
Clark Trainor is a member of the Florida Bar. Because
Immigration Law is strictly Federal law in jurisdiction, we are able to accept
and represent cases from all over the world.
OF COUNSEL
Mark E. Crone, Esq.
Mr. Crone is the managing partner of The Crone Law Group. He has practiced
corporate and securities law since 1995 and is admitted to practice law in
California and Connecticut. Mr. Crone currently represents clients in a diverse
array of industries, including technology (with a focus on structuring, financing
and operation of companies offering software products, internet connectivity
services, voice-over-internet protocol services and ebusiness start-ups), agriculture
(with experience in the general representation of growers, packers and marketers)
and healthcare (including the representation of an international holistic-medicine
health provider and related accredited college). Mr. Crone has been involved
in numerous private and public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Since graduation from The University of Santa Clara School of Law in 1998,
Mr. Crone has worked with Baker, Manock & Jensen in Fresno, California
and Palmieri Tyler Wiener Wilhelm & Waldron in Irvine, California before
commencing practice on his own. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Crone has served as
a managing member of Smart Art Itinerary, LLC, a privately held California
limited liability company, since March 1999.
Mr. Crone earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Trinity College
in Hartford, Connecticut and his law degree from Santa Clara University School
of Law, in Santa Clara, California.
Alisande M. Rozynko, Esq.
Alisande Rozynko, previously a partner with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati,
has represented public companies and start-up and emerging growth companies
for more than 10 years. Ms. Rozynko has represented numerous public and private
companies in private placements, public stock offerings, proxy statements and
general reporting obligations. She also has extensive experience in mergers
and acquisitions for both public and private companies. Ms. Rozynko's practice
also includes negotiating employment agreements, consulting contracts, and
other executive compensation arrangements.
Ms. Rozynko began practicing at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in 1994,
and became a member in 2000. She has been practicing corporate and securities
law since 1991. She received her law degree from Hastings College of the Law,
University of California, in 1991 and a B.A. in history from the University
of California, Berkeley (with high honors) in 1984, where she was Phi Beta
Kappa. She is a member of the California Bar.
